1 can Campbell's Cream of Chicken soup
1 - 2/3 cup water
1 (6 oz) pkg. seasoned long grain and wild rice mix
1 (16 oz) pkg frozen vegetables
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1 (lb.) chicken - I'm using canned chicken
1. Mix soup, water, rice seasoning mix, vegetables and half the cheese in 3-quart shallow baking dish. Top with chicken. Cover.
2. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
3. Top with remaining cheese
