Slow Cooker Bacon - Ranch Chicken & Pasta
Ingredients
- 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 6 slices bacon, cooked & diced
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1 (1oz) package dry ranch seasoning mix
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup of sour cream
- ½ tsp pepper
- ½ cup of water
- 8 oz spaghetti, cooked
Instructions
- Spray 4-quart slow cooker with cooking spray, place chicken breasts in bottom of cooker.
- In medium bowl, mix remaining ingredients except spaghetti. Pour over top of chicken.
- Cover and cook on low heat for 6 hours or on high heat for 3-4 hours.
- During the last 15 minutes, cook and drain spaghetti as directed on package.
- Just before serving, shred chicken with two forks, and toss creamy chicken mixture with cooked spaghetti.
