Slow Cooker Pineapple Glazed Ham

4 thick slices ham, fully cooked
1/3 c brown sugar
1 (20 oz) can crushed pineapple (don't drain)
2 T Dijon mustard

Thaw in fridge. Cook on HIGH for 3 hours or LOW for 5-6 hours.
